Orangeburg County,on behalf of the Orangeburg County HOME Consortium "aka" Lower Savannah Regional HousingConsortium (LSRHC), will submit the AAP to HUD HOME program on or before June 30, 2018. TheAAP outlines the proposed availability and utilization of HOME funds for the 2018 plan year. It is partof the 2016-2020 Five Year Consolidated Plan, which sets five-year priority needs and goals of the HOMEProgramCopies of the AAP wll be available at Orangeburg County, Administration Building 1437 Amelia Street,Orangeburg, SC, 29116 and Lower Savannah Council of Governments (LSCOG), 2748 Wagener Road,Aiken, SC 29802. Citizens and interested parties are invited to review the AAP. Written comments may bemade to Yolonda Buchanan, Housing Programs Coordinator, LSCOG, PO Box 850, Aiken, SC 29802,fax (803) 649-2248, or e-mail ybuchanan@lscog.org. Citizens will have the opportunity to make oralcomments at a future public hearingOrangeburg County does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in the admission oraccess to, or treatment or employment in ts federally assisted programs or activities.
